Kayaking

Kayaking is a seated paddling activity.  All you need is to get into a boat and  a paddle and some strength to propel yourself forward with the paddle.  Kayaking is very enjoyable and can be done in reservoirs which are natural and scenic.  You will get to enjoy the cool fresh airs too.

  2. The Catch: The blade will then be placed in the water

  3. Twisting: Move your arms in the direction of your hips
